9-3-2013 More Golf & Shopping

We decided to sleep in so our golfing did not start until noon.  Pam fixed a delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon and toast.  We all enjoyed each other’s company and a few laughs.  After the boys departed the girls still had a few items to shop for.  I will have to put some overload springs on the RV to carry all the stuff they have purchased.  Sharon is doing a great job hiding all of it because it doesn’t appear to be in my way.  I did notice the RV leaning severely to the left.  I’d better check the air pressure in the tires.

There are so many wineries and boutique shops in this area.  In Cashmere, the gals went to the Aplets and Coulets candy factory.  What a fun tour!  Amber said she would like to live in the town, so nice and friendly.

Ready to enter the production area.

Soooo good!!  Fruit and nuts dusted with powdered sugar!1

Next, it was off to Leavenworth.  They have created a Bavarian alps looking town; even the grocery store and post office have “gingerbread” decoration.  Checking out all the shops and having lunch was really fun.  We did find a few things we needed to bring home.

Gorgeous Gals in the hat shop!

We have loved the beautiful flowers up here!.  Everyplace you go there are bright baskets.
